Welcome to Ele.Inventory. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ele.Inventory website, software, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Ele.Inventory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to the Ele.Inventory SaaS system.

• “Company / Tenant” refers to any business entity registered on Ele.Inventory.

• “User” refers to any individual accessing the platform under a company or as a super admin.

• “Super Admin” refers to the platform owner/administrator managing the SaaS system.

• “Services” include POS, inventory, CRM, reporting, payment integrations, and all related features.

2. Eligibility

To use Ele.Inventory, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal authority to bind a business entity (if registering on behalf of a company)

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information

3. Account Registration & Access

• Each company must create an account to access Ele.Inventory.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.

• Ele.Inventory reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Multi-Tenant Usage & Data Isolation

• Ele.Inventory operates on a multi-tenant architecture with strict data isolation.

• Each company can access only its own data.

• Users must not attempt to access or interfere with another company’s data or system resources.

5. Subion, Billing & Payments

• Some features of Ele.Inventory may require a paid subion.

• Subion plans, pricing, limits, and billing cycles are defined on the platform.

• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.

• Ele.Inventory is not responsible for payment gateway failures, transaction delays, or third-party service issues.

• Subion fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Trial Periods

• Trial access, if offered, is limited in duration and features.

• Ele.Inventory reserves the right to modify or terminate trial access at any time without prior notice.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform

• Interfere with system security, performance, or integrity

You are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of business data entered

• Compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements

8. Data Ownership & Usage

• All business data entered into Ele.Inventory remains the property of the respective company.

• Ele.Inventory does not claim ownership of tenant data.

• By using the platform, you grant Ele.Inventory permission to process data solely for providing services and system improvement.

9. Data Security

• Ele.Inventory implements reasonable security measures to protect data.

• However, no system is 100% secure, and Ele.Inventory does not guarantee absolute security.

• Users are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and secure access practices.

10. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Ele.Inventory integrates with third-party services including:

• Payment gateways

• Cloud storage providers (AWS S3, Wasabi, Local)

• SMS providers (e.g., Twilio)

Ele.Inventory is not responsible for:

• Third-party service downtime

• Data loss caused by external providers

• Changes in third-party policies or pricing

11. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, code, UI, design, and trademarks belong to Ele.Inventory.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12. White Label Usage

• White-label features are provided as per subion plan.

• Companies may apply their branding but may not claim ownership of the core platform.

• Removal of Ele.Inventory ownership rights or copyright notices is prohibited.

13. Suspension & Termination

Ele.Inventory reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms

• Disable access for non-payment or suspicious activity

Upon termination:

• Access to the platform will be revoked

• Data retention or deletion will follow platform policies

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Ele.Inventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Ele.Inventory is not responsible for business losses, data inaccuracies, or revenue loss

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last billing cycle

15. Disclaimer

Ele.Inventory is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

16. Modifications to Terms

Ele.Inventory reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
